Eventually, Covid 19 will become endemic in Malaysia [starting 1st April 2022], the border gates will be opened - people have already started travelling within and outside the country.

Two years have passed, now is the time for us to help strengthen our economy but don't forget Covid19 is still there, protect yourself and protect everybody.

Anyway, This year Hilton Kuching proudly presents 'Jelajah Selera' this Ramadan with an extensive celebratory menu featuring a themed buffet at its brand new all-day dining outlet, Makan Kitchen.

For info - Makan Kitchen, is a renowned outlet brand in the Hilton portfolio in Malaysia. The outlet opened its door to diners at Hilton Kuching in mid-January 2022. Makan Kitchen will feature a variety of its signature dishes and more than 10 bazaar-style action stalls that promises a holistic dining experience, a feast for the senses. the focus is definitely on locally sourced ingredients, premium quality meat and seafood as well as authentic taste that's highly satisfying to the palate.

Jelajah means to explore and Selera is a desire to eat. Inspired by Malaysia's unique cultural tapestry and culinary heritage, this year's national theme invites guests to embark on a gastronomic journey featuring the time-honoured recipes of Malaysian signature dishes. Malaysia stands out as the centre of diversity in Asia, Jelajah Selera Bersama Hilton is a testament to that.
