Roast & Grill at Merdeka Palace Hotel & Suites
May Peace Be Upon You,
On 31st August 2019 - i was invited by Merdeka Palace Hotel & Suites to taste their Roast & Grill buffet dinner. Seems that my family loves this type of food, I've belanja my family as well.
Arrived at the hotel around 6:30pm on Merdeka Day - we was greet by Ms Mona, Mr Danny and Aurora Court crews. We were seated right front as per my requested for my parents convenience.
Well can't wait to dig in!!

For starter you might like the Chilled Marinated Jellyfish, Four colour Roll, Red & Green Coral, Romain Lettuce, Tomato wedges, French beans, boiled potato and probably some Keropok with Acar Rampai.
While for dessert - there are Pandan Creme Brulee, Cheese cake, Creame caramel, Egg tart, Kek Lapis [Sarawak signature layered cake] and some Nyonya kuih like - Ang Ku and Kosui.

| I start my food journey with Cream of Vegetable Soup and some bread roll with a |

| Vegetable Show Cooking that they will cook you vege once you already pick - they can cook with Belacan or Oyster sauce or even with Garlic only. |

For Carvery station you can enjoy the leg of lamb, striploin, Peking duck, chicken and beef satay.
