Have you been to Sarawak Museum recently?

Hello all.... Namaste~!

I like to spend some free time in the museum - whenever i had the chance. I think we also need to occasionally go there either alone or with family and friends. Sometimes there is something, particularly the oldest history that has been or is about to disappear, only can be found in Museum.

On the 10 May 2013, I was one of the bloggers who were invited to witness the re-opening of the museum. Super excited!! Its been awhile!

While waiting it to start....

This ceremony was attended by Mr. Ipo Datan (Director of Sarawak Museum), Puan Aisah Eden (Chief of Corporate Services) and Ms. Joanne Tan Cho Yian (Manager, Corporate Social Responsibility).

Sarawak Museum, in collaboration with Sarawak Energy (the Sarawak's energy provider), on the 10th May 2013 unveiled the redesigned longhouse gallery showcasing the culture and heritage of the indigenous people of Sarawak. The enchanced cultural gallery, entitled the ' Longhouses of Sarawak', includes collections of historical artifacts, life size recreations of longhouse, historical photographs, legendary stories, traditional musical intruments, handicrafts, tools and traps used for fishing and hunting and others.

Sarawak Museum's Director, Mr Ipoi Datan said in his welcoming speech,"The partnership between the Museum and Sarawak Energy is aimed at enhancing visitors' experience to our cultural gallery. There a multimedia displays and more detailed information on the exhibit. This will benefit students or visitors who are looking for information on the longhouses in Sarawak."

Puan Aisah Eden, the Chief of Corporate Services which was representing the CEO of Sarawak Energy for this event quotes,"We have approximately 30 ethnic groups in Sarawak and each contributing to the State's diverse and rich culture and heritage. Steeped in history this melting pot of culture, lifestyle and language, is reflection of colour that make up our beautiful Sarawak. Sarawak Energy is proud to play a part in this cultural preservation for our future generation to enjoy and learn from."

Soon after gift exchanged.. it's time for ribbon cutting ceremony.....

While Puan Aisah Eden and Mr Ipoi Datan strolling around to see the latest in the museum displays - i've managed to captured some too...

*I'm not so sure if you can bring in camera to the museum - do check ok? Certain Museum you might need to pay for certain type of camera.*

Trying on multimedia displays

[Novel] 3x Benci 4x Cinta Bab 12

Assalamualaikum....

Kalau korang pertama membaca novel  nie, klik [ Mula Membaca Dari Bab Satu ]

Entri yang lepas tentang novel nie silalah lawati [ Kat Sini ]  [ Kat Sini Gak ] dan [ Kat Sini ]

Okeh last entri aku kenalkan watak dalam novel aku.

Hahaha... mohon pencerahan....

Watak seterusnya yang ingin aku kenalkan iaitu watak utama - Aliah Dania  (kalau korang dah lepas kat Bab 5 - korang dah tau la..)

Aku memang minat Rani Murkherjee sejak aku tahu tentang dia tapi yang membuatkan aku memilih watak nie sebab kalau tengok raut Rani nieh macam strong kan.. She can be very sweet or very serious. Betul tak? Maksud aku ada wajah orang - walau macam mana pun tetap ayu laa, sweet laaa, muka kesianlaa dan macam - macam lagi la. She's perfect for this novel.... and ada satu sebab lagi tapi aku malu nak cerita... hahahhaa....

Haaa nie cover terbaru novel 3x Benci 4 x Cinta...

Suatu hari tuh aku buka communicator nie tapi blank..! Insiden ini juga menyebabkan kad memorinya corrupted! Adoii frust giler aku...

MORAL : Dont take anything for granted.. Period!

Kedua : Waktu Communicator aku merajuk tak nak on.. ada pulak masalah dengan keyboard komputer aku.. lepas tuh aku beli laa yang portable dengan harapan senang nak simpan and waterproof. Turns out... disaster..!

Hahaha... mohon jangan contohi aku yer...

Alhamdullillah it's been blessed to meet you all....

May Allah Bless You All....

( Nǐ yào chá ma? )

Hello....
I love tea (and coffee too! (=TェT=)~♥ ) -  tea + milk + vanilla = mouth orgams!! hahaha - if you read back my previous entries especially during my early years i always mentioned 'Double Vanilla Tea Latte'. For bubble tea - I usually get it from the hawker stall and seldom get it from fancy outlets in big mall....

Speaking about tea, on 24th January 2013 - NTGravity Zone has received invitation to attend a Pre - Launching for U CHA Sarawak at Ground Floor, CityONE Shopping Mall before the official opening on Saturday (26th January 2013) and soon will be at The Summer Mall, Kota Samarahan. Also attended, my friends from Kuching Food Critics a.k.a. KFC [ Join them at their facebook HERE ]

CityONE is one big mall... dont get lost...! hahaha...

Established since 2010, U CHA vision and mission is to allow tea enthusiasts to enjoy a much-deserved time over a cup of tea. Embracing the good times, tasting the premium U CHA. They claimed of using high quality for ingredients and sold it out at affordable price.

After a brief welcome session and introduction of the team chaired by Ms. Liza Kong, Mr Then from Fern Enterprise giving us a short introduction about the interior design for U CHA that based on the colourful drink on the menu and also related to green environment as well bringing old time memories very suitable to U CHA tagline - "Remember how we used to enjoy tea together?"

Very nice water feature....
Fern Enterprise also specialises in outdoor decoration and renovation, operates from 8am to 5pm daily and is located at No 366, Lorong 13T, Arang Road or email fern.ent[at]gmail.com.
On the same time, we are served some beverages which prepared on-the-spot (which they practice to do for each order)

Busy busy busy....
Mr Raymond explain to us about the menu and how the recipe is created.
Ms Liza explain about the concept of U CHA
Le Me... *teehee!! (o⌒.⌒o)*
Paddy Fragrance Milk Tea  - Milk Tea Series Recommendation / Specialty

It change my perception...
It smells like rice and it has creamy taste. It's actually very nice! I would like to order again next time! O(≧∇≦)O

U Style Milk Tea

If you a coffee lover but craving for tea and don't want to be a betrayer.. haha... this is for you...
You can smells the coffee but at the end of your taste buds, its the tea!

Note : Also available in Coffee and Chocolate series.

Coconut Smoothie - Smoothie Series Recommendation / Specialty

This is claimed to be the top seller in West Malaysia and I personally love this drink too! Certain other bubble tea outlets are using the canned coconut milk or powder but at U CHA, they are using fresh coconut. If you top it up with vanilla ice cream (RM1) or yogurt ball (RM1.50) - yummehhhh!!

Plum Jasmine Green Tea

Very refreshing, with Aloe Vera topping (RM1.50) even better!

Mango Yogurt - Yakult & Yogurt Series Recommendation / Specialty

What is the difference between Yakult and yoghurt?
Yakult and yoghurt are both cultured dairy products made from milk fermented with live bacteria. Yakult is unique because it is made using Lactobacillus casei Shirota strain, not the strains of bacteria used in yoghurts. This strain of beneficial bacteria is unique to Yakult. Yakult has been produced for the sole purpose of maintaining a balance of beneficial bacteria in the digestive system. Yoghurt is not a substitute for Yakult and vice versa. They complement each other as part of a well-balanced diet.{Information from Yakult Australia }

By the way, this drink is nice.. fresh mango!

Taro Milk Tea

Ahhh.... my favourite so far...!!

and last but not least...,

Ever heard of air fried food? They have it too, you can choose to have fish or chicken - served with chilli sauce and light mayonaise. No oil...

How to order at U CHA?

Pick your choice of drinks and cup size.
If you saw the U on certain item - its recommended
Decide your topping if you want.
If you cant decide : Just follow the recommended on top of each series
For a chance : Seaweed Jelly
Pimp - Your - Drink on sugar and ice level
Voila...!!

New addition... Maccha Series ( fine powder green tea also known as Matcha ) - might want to try it some other day.
