Hello everyone...

First of all, I've just got back my twitter account after at least a month logged and locked out of it.. Thanks to Twitter Support too!

Thank you all for asking about me... so grateful for having you all...

Remember I told you all about me and going backpacking?

As we speak you read this, I've just done fixin’ my stuff.. and in few hours time, i'm going 800km away from Kuching. Specifically speaking, Miri.

It's at least a month planning with very very limited budget (for me). Gonna get up with Garner and Khairool - my fellow bloggers (from Sarawak Bloggers Society) and we gonna take a 12hours ride on the bus this time.




Why Miri?

It's my first time going to Miri city, hopefully everything will go smoothly... 

Oh yeah.. almost forgot.. i'm attending a cool music event called Miri Country Music Festival.

The Miri Country Music Fest is believed to be the only country music festival in South East Asia. The one-day event was introduced in 2014. The festival will be held on 7th February, 2015 in Parkcity Everly Hotel Miri, in Miri, Sarawak.

A festival for both the young and the old especially country music lovers, the activities line-up at the festival include the Bazaar offering various stalls selling wide varieties of food, games and souvenir items, the music and dance workshop and the night concert.

The night concert features country music bands from all corners of the world. The highlight band is usually from the USA.

Country music is one of the music i was listening during my younger years... my dad used to sing it especially when we go for a long journey. That's was before his first stroke attack...  Now some of his memories has lost and he can’t carry a tune in a bucket anymore..

But... of course, i'm his legacy 'aight?.. I have no preference.. I just love the country music and their slang.. 

My favourite so far is Mel & Joe from Singapore - i saw them during WAG Music Festival last year and truly hooked!

Of course i'm looking forward to watch the rest of it...
