Each sausage for each bread... so you can make as many as you want... if you want to slice the sausages in half, it's up to you!

Beat egg with seasoning - egg quantity depends on your bread. In the photo above, i'm using an egg only.

Flatten bread by using a rolling pin or round glass or anything solid and round. This is to prevent the bread from tearing or breaking.




Wrap the sausage in the flattened bread and roll it!

p/s: if you want to add slice cheese.. wrap it with the sausage and roll together with the flattened bread. Do not add any sauce!





Slice the rolls into three... or two...

p/s: this step is optional, you can just deep-fried as it is...



Dip it in the egg... 

p/s: if you have spare bread crumbs in your cabinet or fridge... Cover it after dip in the egg.




Deep fry it... but not too long..!


Ready!

serve it with any of your favourite sauce or dressing....

Lama aku tak menulis dalam bahasa Melayu... Entri kali ni istimewa sikit sebab kali ni aku ingin meluahkan perasaan aku... Luahan ini aku tujukan buat seseorang yang aku amat sayangi dan suatu ketika dahulu dia adalah seseorang yang sentiasa ada di sisi aku. Setelah bertahun berlalu, kami sudah tidak serasi lagi. Pendapat dan mentaliti sering berbeza, namun perasaan sayang pastinya tidak pernah luntur dari hati ku. Namun hanya Allah saja yang tahu perasaan hatinya kepada aku.

Sejak aku mula mengenali dan tahu akan kewujudannya, dialah peneman hidupku. Sering membuatku ketawa dan sering memujukku dikala aku memuncungkan bibir - merajuk. Acapkali usapan tapak tangannya mengusir airmata yang gugur dari kelopak mataku. Suara nyanyiannya untuk menidurkanku.... masih merdu di dalam memori ku. Mungkin kerana dia aku juga suka menyanyi!! ...walaupun sumbang! Tak percaya? Nanti aku buktikan..

Aku juga selalu teringat apabila jemarinya mengenggam erat jemariku sewaktu kami bersama menyusuri sekitar bandaraya Kuching. Masih ada sisa ketawa ku bila terkenang kami hampir tertinggal bas dek kerana terleka. Dia juga orang pertama yang menyelamatku ketika aku terjatuh di dalam parit, kemalangan kecil sewaktu berbasikal.

Dahiku... pipiku seperti masih berbekas dengan kucupannya yang jarang sekali aku rasai - namun aku tahu acapkali dia mengucupku di kala lenaku. Umpama mimpi manis....

Apabila tiba suatu ketika, kami mulai bercanggah prinsip hidup. Pilihan mulai berbeza. Citarasa sudah tak sama. Aku mulai memilih lorong hidup sendiri dan aku mulai leka dengan pilihan lorong ku yang banyak simpang dunia. Di kala itu aku sering lupakannya. Aku sering abaikannya.

Persis air yang mengalir walau dari mana pun pasti akan kembali ke lautan... begitulah aku yang pasti akan kembali mencarinya dalam hidup aku.

Aku akui sekali sekala akan terbit rasa cemburu melihat dia memberikan kasihnya kepada hak miliknya yang lain. Aku juga mahukan perhatiannya itu! Aku juga mahukan kasih itu!

Walaupun terkadang terasa terpinggir dari sentuhan kasihnya itu, mungkin itu bayaran dari masa silam kami.

Aku tahu aku bukan yang terbaik... Aku sering hampakannya... Aku sering mengecewakannya.

Aku hanya insan biasa... Kadang kala aku cuba untuk menjadi yang terbaik namun hakikatnya aku sering gagal lagi,

Kini apa yang aku rindukan hanyalah dia dan kasih sayang nya yang seluas lautan itu.... Aku harap dia sentiasa bangga dengan kewujudanku. Walau dengan apapun kekurangan dalam hidupku ini, aku harap dia boleh sentiasa tersenyum melihat apa adanya aku seperti dia melihat hak miliknya yang lain.

Dan aku harap kasih yang seluas lautan itu takkan kering buatku selamanya....


..... walau hanya merasai hujung ombak dipesisiran, aku tetap bersyukur.

Ya Allah... Ampunilah aku yang sering membuat Emak bersedih, kecewa dan terluka... Lembutkanlah suara aku, perindahkanlah perkataan ku, peliharalah akhlak ku dan lembutkanlah hati ku saat bersama emak. 

Ya Allah... murahkan rezekinya, panjangkan umurnya. Berikanlah kesenangan dunia dan akhirat buat emak ku.

Friday is here... Whoaa... Cant wait to have a whole lot of Saturday and Sunday for chillaxing... and also Liverpool vs Arsenal match!

Anyway, Photo Challenge for today is "In Your Bag"... but in my case.. BAGS.. Although i'm more like boyish-kind-of girl, i do really love girly stuff too.. Skirts, dress, make ups and etcetera.. etcetera.. etcetera...

My bags collection | Obviously... I'm a huge fan of Liverpool FC...

I'm not really an organized person... I'm very much more love to be a minimalist and i love to sort things before hands. That's why i do love lots of bags.

I usually will bag Sarawak's flag and Sarawak FA jersey before the next match. This is because i hate to dive in my pile of clothes, every time i want to go watch Sarawak FA home match. It's very rare for me to wear it at any other time.

I used to have a large container of makeups when i was working in hotel. Now i'm more comfortable being nude... Face nude... Hehehe

A bag for prayer time.

Last but not least, my everyday bag - as you can see, these are the MUST BRING when i go outing. Even when i go lepaking, you never know whom you might meet. Right..?

I have more actually.. like an overnight bag that fills with toiletries, towel, socks, just add some clothes accordingly and i'm ready to go!! Or... If i'm invited to cover an event - there's another bag that fits my needs to keep the camera properly and other necessity needed.

So you can start to buy me a bag as a gift.. haha...

Today's challenge is "A Favourite Place"

I have lots of favourites... and this is the most favourite place i want to be. My own room... 

This is the place where my most idea emerged.. and when i need some ideas or stuck in the middle of a sentence, i usually will staring at the ceiling.

Most of the time, I'll get at least some more ideas and continue whatever i'm doing.. [ usually when i'm writing my own Malay novel - 3x Benci 4x Cinta | 20,734 reads so far ] I love sitting in the dark staring at my ceiling for more motivation while typing on my humble Samsung. 

I am a Glow-In-Dark fan and i have it all over my room - wall and ceiling... 

Some of the glow-in-dark on my ceiling.. the Doraemon series... Hehehe...

I have more on the wall... but too many dust bunnies on it... Lazy to clean it up! hahaha...

Today challenge is "Something You Made" and i'm going to do an easy Honey Dew flavour pudding.

If you ever see or buy this pudding .. now you can make yourself at home! It is cheap and easy!

Here we go... You need to prepare...,

a can of evaporated milk

Three litres of water

100 grams of sugar

Pudding powder.. This time i'm using Honey Melon Flavour. My favourite flavour so far is vanilla..

This is what it's look like... pudding powder

This is the fruit sugar.

Cups.. If you don't have cups like this, just paper cup will do.

Let it simmer. Transfer to a big jug [ for easy pouring later ] or if you are okay with whatever you're using... Pour in the pudding powder, stir well.


Pour the fruit sugar and stir to mix it well.


Pour into any moulds you want to use. Let it cool down a bit before you put on the cap.

If you want to put fruits or nata de coco - this is the best time.


Put it in the fridge before serving.

Cooldown before cap and into the fridge.

Ready to eat! *Itadakimasu~*

It's so easy if you suddenly craving to eat it and it's cheap - within RM15 and it's can serve up to 20 cups [if you using the one that i show you] It's a good dessert for a party or gathering too...! Good luck trying...
